Account-Integration Specialist

As an account/integration specialist you will provide exceptional software and basic technical support to assigned accounts regarding the functionality of SubFinder and additional add-on modules. Maintain and develop excellent customer relations with assigned accounts by placing periodic courtesy calls. Act as the liaison between the assigned accounts and remaining CRS departments. As an integration specialist you will offer assistance to customers, by working with them and third party vendors to integrate SubFinder with payroll and HR systems. Create custom imports and exports as needed by the customer. Gain an expansive knowledge of SubPay to help with troubleshooting as well as integration with SubFinder, SubPay and payroll. Complete client training both onsite and online, as needed. Maintain and develop excellent customer relations by placing periodic courtesy calls in regard to integration.

Expectations

• Log calls with detailed information and coded correctly
• When questions arise for a site that you are helping, research to get background information on the site so you are prepared to assist them
• Complete one courtesy call within the quarter for each assigned site
• Maintain a successful relationship with all assigned accounts
• Maintain a successful relationship with all coworkers and managers
• Attend annual regional user groups
• Conduct on-site courtesy visits 1-2 times per year
• Approach third party vendors to acquire a letter of recommendation
• Complete integration webinars for current and new clients quarterly
• Contact administrators of sites that are not integrated to explain benefits, address concerns and follow up as needed
• Partner with account specialist and implementation on any new integration to see if follow up is needed
• Keep account specialists updated on any integration changes for their sites
• Create custom exports and imports for customers as needed
• Complete SubPay integration
• Work with current customers on SubPay issues and concerns
• Complete SubPay trainings when needed
• Assist sales with SubPay demos and questions on integration
• Assist client services and implementation with questions on integration

WORK HOURS: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY*
