Account-Integration Specialist

As an account/integration specialist you will provide exceptional software and basic technical support to assigned accounts regarding the functionality of SubFinder and additional add-on modules. Maintain and develop excellent customer relations with assigned accounts by placing periodic courtesy calls. Act as the liaison between the assigned accounts and remaining CRS departments. As an integration specialist you will offer assistance to customers, by working with them and third party vendors to integrate SubFinder with payroll and HR systems. Create custom imports and exports as needed by the customer. Gain an expansive knowledge of SubPay to help with troubleshooting as well as integration with SubFinder, SubPay and payroll. Complete client training both onsite and online, as needed. Maintain and develop excellent customer relations by placing periodic courtesy calls in regard to integration.

WORK HOURS: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY*
