CRS Advanced Technology Announces New Client Services Manager

Montoursville, PA--CRS Advanced Technology welcomes Jeannine Feigles as client services manager. Feigles joins CRS after serving as operations manager at Best Buy in Muncy, PA. She possesses 25 years of customer service experience and over 19 years of management expertise stemming from both restaurant and retail industries. She brings with her a passion for leadership and a commitment to providing superior customer service.

"I was most intrigued by the opportunity to be part of a team that is dedicated to helping the clients daily with the account specialists troubleshooting issues with the operators, technicians helping to identify issues and implementation specialists training (new SubFinder operators and administrators)," Feigles explains her interest in the position of client services manager at CRS Advanced Technology. She is looking forward to working with both the CRS Advanced Technology account specialists, as well as clients. "After my first two weeks, my impression is that CRS is a small-but mighty-company with a team of committed employees that are there for the customer and each other," Feigles remarks.

During her short time here, Feigles has already implemented some new strategies for client retention and added efforts to support her department's availability for clients when they need assistance

Feigles and her family reside in historic Muncy, PA, in an 1800's-era home previously owned by her husband's grandparents. When not tackling ongoing projects at home or spending time with her family, she is pursuing a degree in business management at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA.
